We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Order Management implementation consultant with the ability to implement Oracle Order Management Cloud Service.  This position is a full-time employment opportunity but TipTop will consider candidates interested in working as a subcontractor. 


  • Establish trust and build rapport with your clients, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
  • Advise client on leading business processes so they can transform their business with the future in mind using  Oracle
  • Plan, configure, and test the Oracle Cloud solution to meet the clients order management business requirements and ensuring integration with other key client functions.  There will be an opportunity to implement other supply chain modules as well such as inventory, procurement and supply planning
  • Help the client perform Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and User Familiarization Training (UFT)
  • Track and report status, issues and potential risk to the project manager on a weekly basis with detail to help the project manager resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep the project on time and on budget
  • Maintain and enhance your Oracle and consulting skills to help TipTop grow our Supply Chain practice
  • Keep informed of Oracle Cloud features, specifically Order Management Cloud releases to ensure maintain SME knowledge within TipTop and for our clients
  • Primary focus will be Oracle Cloud Applications but we will also support legacy EBS customers

  • Expertise in Oracle Order Management modules (OM, Shipping, Advance pricing, GOP, EDI, OTM)
  • 5+ years of experience in the Order Management track, in an end-to-end or Support project as an Oracle Functional Analyst (EBS and/or Oracle Cloud)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle Inventory, Distribution and Account Receivable modules
  • Knowledge of 3rd Party integrations with Oracle
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and knowledge of the process of working with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution documenting incidents and working to resolve or escalate tickets accordingly
  • Develop training material and application deliverables up to TipTop standards and in alignment with our methodology


  • Experience with Oracle Order Management
  • Multiple end-to-end implementation projects in the Oracle Order Management modules
  • Oracle EBS or Cloud Order Management Certification a plus

  • Commensurate with experience, expected salary range is between $120,000 – $150,000 annually plus incentive compensation


  • Must be willing/able to travel in North America 25% to 50% (Required)
