CEO
Tom’s personal mantra of “Celebrate, Learn and Raise the Bar!” has defined his more than 25 years in tech. As a passionate technologist and business leader, Tom has helped scores of organizations implement Oracle ERP systems to improve their operations through Application Managed Services (AMS), Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence, Systems Integration and Strategic Planning.
As CEO of TipTop, Tom drives Strategic Planning, New Business Development, Practice Development and Project Management. Through a hands-on management approach, Tom can recognize and apply innovative technology solutions to meet the ever-changing market and operational challenges clients face.
Stephen Goldsmith
Project Manager
A frequent speaker at Oracle events, Stephen is recognized for deep domain knowledge that has helped countless organizations improve business processes and operations through Oracle solutions. Over a 25-year span, beginning with custom data warehouse solutions in the early 90’s, Stephen has helped organizations unleash business knowledge from the vast amounts of data hidden in their operational manufacturing, financial, sales, marketing and project management systems.
As Project Manager for TipTop, Stephen oversees Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI/EPM implementations, applying deep domain expertise in Financials, Projects and Supply Chain Management. Stephen also manages the TipTop consulting team, with defined methodologies and established project management best practices to deliver rapid time-to-value Oracle implementations.
